SX POLYFLEX HM POLYURETHANE
A one component moisture curing, paintable, high modulus polyurethane sealant or adhesive. Has excellent adhesion to most building substrates, is fast curing with permanent and durable elasticity and is non-staining to brickwork. Has first rate resistance to water and UV rays and has permenant elasticity under all climate conditions.
Conforms to ISO 11.600 F25 HM.
USES: For interior and exterior waterproof joints in building and metal constructions. For gluing, sealing, mounting and anchoring in building applications. For expansion joints in industrial floors and periphery of swimming pools.

USES: For interior and exterior dilatation joints in concrete, expansion and sealing joints in almost all building substrates and joints between wooden, metal, aluminium or PVC frames and masonry.

SX POLYSULPHIDE SEALANT
A one part polysulphide sealant designed to seal joints subject to movement where a tough, flexible, watertight seal is required. This product is easy to apply and has good adhesion to most building substrates. Has excellent durability and is paintable with alkydresin paints.
Conforms to BS EN ISO 11.600 F20 HM.
USES: Suitable for perimeter joints around wood and metal window and door frames.
