CONTRACTORS HMA SILICONE
A high performance acetoxy curing silicone which provides a permanently water tight flexible seal and offers excellent adhesive properties, making it suitable for use on glass, aluminium, painted surfaces, sanitary ware, ceramics and non-porous surfaces.
USES: Sealing around door and window frames, sealing glass to glass and glass to aluminium, sealing around pipes and sanitary fixtures and sealing duct work. Draft proofing casement windows and doors.

A one component neutral cure silicone, which can be used for sealing most building, construction and glazing joints. This sealant is almost odourless and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable permanent rubber seal.
USES: Sealing joints and perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames. It will adhere to most common building materials such as PVCu, aluminium and stone.

CONTRACTORS CAULK
A water based one component flexible caulk acrylic that is easy to apply, dries quickly and can be overpainted after only 1-2 hours.
USES: Sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between skirting boards, ceilings, architraves, plasterwork, window and door frames. Use prior to painting or papering to prevent unsightly cracks developing later.

CONTRACTORS PU EXPANDING FOAM
An easy to use polyurethane based Expanding Foam for general construction and home improvement applications.
USES: For filling large, irregular or awkward gaps where the foam will expand to completely fill the cavity. Fixing window frames, loose tiles and boards. Insulating between brick work and cladding, around duct work and through cavities carrying pipes and cables. Backing in low expansion joints, can be used as a backing material in all types of sealant applications.
